At Spartaks Fitness Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Process
Contact Us
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at spartaksstrength@gmail.com or call us at +1 (647) 888-8595 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item
Securely package the item and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Fees and Deductions
Please note the following deductions from your refund:
- Round Trip Shipping Fee: The cost of shipping both to and from your location will be deducted from your refund.
- Transaction Fee (3%): Deducted from your refund if you paid by credit card (charged by the bank).
- Processing Fee (5%): Deducted from your refund (charged by the website).
- E-transfer Refunds: Payments made via e-transfer can receive a full refund without any transaction fee and processing fee deductions.
- Non-refundable Deposit: Any deposit made is non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized products
- Clearance or final sale items
